Testimonials

Dr. Jackie Pleet, Holyoke Pediatric Associates:

“When our pediatric practice experienced increased stress levels, lower staff morale and difficulties in working together, we contacted Julie Abramson for assistance. She began by collecting confidential information from everyone about the functioning of the organization. She then worked with us to create a plan for interventions related to issues uncovered; as part of the plan, she provided coaching to key members of our organization to improve lines of communication and decision-making processes.

Julie is an excellent listener which led her to define problems accurately and to quickly understand the dynamics of our practice. She is skilled at organizational assessment and is able to resolve conflict. She communicates effectively, both in person and in writing. She also has the ability to understand an organization and to design interventions that resolve problems.  Julie was an enormous help to the practice and to me as the Medical Director. She is honest, supportive and nurturing in her style.  She clearly articulated our issues and then helped us facilitate positive complex system change.”

Demetri Kyriakis, Morse Institute Library, Natick MA

"I find Julie to be very engaging, dependable and high in integrity.  What I value the most is that she always listens but is never afraid to push back when she feels that someone is not realizing where they need to be when dealing with a complex conflict in a work place situation. Additionally, when I was in need of immediate short-term consulting assistance, Julie was quick to help. She is very effective at her job; it’s a pleasure to recommend her as an accomplished professional in her field."

Jeanne Ryan, OTR, MA, MBA Associate Director, Clinical Services, University Health Services, UMass Amherst

“Julie was my executive coach for almost seven years while I was Executive Director of a large agency. During that time, the agency experienced multiple changes. Julie was always a steady hand and a voice of reason and rational thinking.  She was a key resource for members of the leadership team, and a master at understanding and dissecting interpersonal dynamics.  She got to the heart of a matter quickly and didn’t sugarcoat her feedback and advice; she also coaxed me to make hard choices. Her advice was right on target.  If you have an opportunity to work with Julie, you will grow as a leader.  I know that I did.”
